基于正交试验的摊铺机振捣压实性能影响因素分析
Study on the influence factors of compacting performance of tamper based on orthogonal test

Abstract
In this paper, the influence of frequency, amplitude and speed on the compaction quality of the paving material was studied by the orthogonal test which includes 3 factors at different levels through the compaction coefficient. By the tests, the influence order of three factors on the compact coefficient, the significance of different factors was determined. At the same time, according to the vibration compacting effect of frequency and speed to the mixture, the calculating formula of the vibration compaction coefficient of the tamper to material is put forward. Thus, the mathematical relationship between the density of the layer material to the vibration frequency and the speed was determined, which provides theoretical basis and guidance method for parameter selection and compaction quality control during paving.关键词
