Modeling and optimization of the milling cutter group for rail milling train
摘要
Abstract
Based on the working principle analysis of rail milling train, this study describes the model of the milling cutter group of rail milling train, and calculates the milling profile and the milling accuracy of it when the target profile is 60 N rail profile by using optimization theory and least square method. Also, the milling accuracy evaluation index is established, and the milling cutter group of rail milling train is optimized from multiple aspects, such as the milling range, the number of milling cutter, the style of milling cutter, the set of the piecewise point. In theory, the milling precision of rail milling train is improved. At last, this study gives the optimization result of the milling cutter group when the target profile is 60 N rail profile, and presents the spatial layout of the milling cutters which form the optimized milling cutter group.关键词
