Abstract

Considering that there are many parameters and parameter values that need to be set manually in a smart grid dispatching system,the testing methods at present cannot fully meet the test requirements.In this paper,a pairwise-testing method is proposed by taking parameter weights into account.The core idea of this method is as follows:first,a solution space tree is used to represent all the test data;then,by visiting the solution space tree using backtrack ap?proach,a test case suite is generated,in which the overlapping number of any two test cases is less than or equal to 1.If the test case suite obtained using the backtrack approach satisfies the pairwise coverage criterion,then this method will end;otherwise,a greedy algorithm will be used to complete the test case suite.Finally,experiments were conducted with the parameter setting in a smart grid dispatching system as research object.Experimental results showed that the proposed method can generate test cases in a short time;meanwhile,it can provide reference for testers to select opti?mal test cases in insufficient time.
