智能配电网调度控制系统核心指标的构建
Construction of Core Index of Dispatching Control System in Smart Distribution Network
摘要
Abstract
Considering the difficulties of the dispatching control system in smart distribution network,such as wide ac?cess,lots of influencing factors and difficult quantitative evaluation,a set of core index is constructed for the dispatch?ing control system in smart distribution network.Firstly,the task scheduling and running states of smart distribution net?work are analyzed with the combination of situations both at home and abroad.Then,the core index system is construct?ed,including 21secondary indexes from 4 aspects(i.e.,safety and reliability,high economic efficiency,advanced tech?nology,and environmental friendliness).Finally,the operation of smart distribution network in two typical regions is analyzed.The index system built in this paper can not only reflect the running state of smart distribution network,but al?so effectively guide the operation and maintenance personnel to enhance their professional ability.关键词
