摘要

Abstract

In order to further study and research the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction technologies of Astragalus polysaccharides,the extraction technologies like solvent method,enzymatic method and physical method were reviewed in this paper.Based on the physical principle of microwave and ultrasonic extraction method,smashing tissue extraction and other new technologies have the advantages compared with the traditional hot water method,alkali extraction method,ethanol-alkali extraction method and enzymatic method in the extraction rate,extraction time,purity,energy consumption and so on,and the different methods of synergistic extractions can obviously improve the extraction rate of Astragalus poly-saccharides.Although these technologies have not been widely used,but with the development of science and technology,the extraction technology cost decline,the application of Astragalus polysaccharides with the efficient,energy-saving extraction technology will gradually become mainstream.
