规模化驴场几种重要传染病的调查研究
Investigatio of Several Important Pathogens of Infectious Diseases in Scaled Donkey Farms

Abstract
226 samples of blood,cotton swabs and diseased materials were collected from 13 scaled donkey farms in Liaocheng,Shandong for detecting the pathogens of equine influenza (EI),Equine rhinopneumo-nia(ER),Brucellosis,Japanese B encephalitis (JBE)and Salmonellosis.The methods of double RT-PCR, real time-PCR,colloidal gold test,C-ELISA and differential medium were used to detect these pathogens of infectious diseases.The results showed that EIV H3N8 subtype was negative,EHV-4 infection rate was 3.6% (2/55),EHV-1 was negative,Brucella and JBEV antigen in serum samples were negative,Salmo-nella detection was negative.This suggests that these commonly used methods are appropriate for detecting donkey samples and these donkeys in scaled farms are in good health.关键词
