地鳖肽对氧化应激肉仔鸡生长性能、肉品质、脏器指数和抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker Polypeptides on Growth Performance, Meat Quality, Organ Indexes and Antioxidant Capacity of Broilers Under Oxidative Stress

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker polypep-tides(ESWPs)on growth performance,meat quality,organ indexes and antioxidant capacity of broilers under oxidative stress induced by hydrocortisone. One hundred and eighty 1-day-old healthy Arbor Acres(AA)broil-ers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 6 broilers per replicate. Five groups were control group,model group(25 mg/L hydrocortisone),and 0.4,0.8 and 1.6 g/kg BW ESWPs groups, respectively. ESWPs were supplemented into the drinking water from the 4thday to the 21stday in the three ES-WPs groups. At the 8thday,hydrocortisone were supplemented into the drinking water in all groups except con-trol group for 5 days. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows:1)serum corticoster-one content of broilers in model group was significantly higher than that in control group and ESWPs groups at 14 days of age(P<0.05). 2)From 1 to 14 days of age, compared with control group, average daily gain (ADG)of broilers in model group was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the ratio of feed to gain (F/G)significantly increased(P<0.05); compared with model group, F/G in ESWPs groups significantly decreased(P<0.05). From 15 to 21 days of age,ADG and average daily feed intake(ADFI)in model group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). From 1 to 21 days of age, ADG and ADFI in model group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05), F/G in model group was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);and F/G in 0.4 and 1.6 g/kg BW ESWPs groups was sig-nificantly lower than that in model group(P<0.05). 3)At 14 days of age, compared with control group, pH45 minand redness(a?)value in breast muscle of broilers in model group significantly decreased(P<0.05), and drip loss in breast and leg muscles significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with model group,pH45 min in breast muscle in 0.8 g/kg BW ESWPs group significantly increased(P<0.05), drip loss in breast muscle was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and drip loss in leg muscle in 0.4 and 1.6 g/kg BW ESWPs groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05). At 21 days of age,compared with model group,the a?value in breast muscle in 0.4 g/kg BW ESWPs group significantly increased(P<0.05),drip loss in breast muscle significant-ly decreased(P<0.05). 4)At 14 days of age,the indexes of spleen,thymus and bursa of Fabricius in model group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). At 21 days of age, bursa of Fabricius in-dex in model group was significantly lower than that in control group and 1.6 g/kg BW ESWPs group(P<0.05). 5)At 14 days of age, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in liver and breast muscle of broil-ers in model group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the activity of glutathione per-oxidase(GSH-Px)in liver and breast muscle was significantly lower than that in control group and 0.4 g/kg BW ESWPs group(P<0.05), and the activity of catalase(CAT)in liver and breast muscle was significantly lower than that in control group and 0.8 and 1.6 g/kg BW ESWPs groups(P<0.05). At 14 and 21 days of age, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in liver and breast muscle in model group was significantly high-er than that in control group(P<0.05). The results indicate that ESWPs can effectively alleviate the stress re-sponse of broilers under oxidative stress, promote broilers growth, improve meat quality, and enhance the an-tioxidant capacity of broilers.关键词
