工业化高温改性木材的力学性能
Mechanical properties of industrial heat-treated wood
摘要
Abstract
Industrial thermal treatment was used for fast-growing poplar and larch wood modification. Physical and mechanical prop-erties of a total of 560 specimens were carried out, including equilibrium moisture content, compressive strength parallel to grain, bending strength,modulus of elasticity and longitudinal shear strength at various relative humidity conditions (60%, 70%, 80%, 90%). The results showed that,with the increase of humidity, equilibrium moisture content of native and thermally treated speci-mens increased,and mechanical properties decreased linearly. Compared with the untreated control,compressive strength parallel to grain,compressive elastic modulus parallel to grain,modulus of elasticity of thermal treated specimens increased,meanwhile,mod-ulus of rupture and longitudinal shear strength decreased.关键词
