遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍患者海马代谢物含量与认知功能的相关性分析
Correlation between cognitive function and metabolite content in hippocampus of patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between cognitive function and biochemical metabolite levels in hippocampus of patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI).Methods:A total of 30 aMCI patients and 30 healthy controls(NC) were enrolled in this study.All participants were assessed by the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) scale and were examined with 1H-MRS in the bilateral hippocampus.The ratio of N-acetylaspartate(NAA)/creatine (Cr) and choline (Cho)/Cr of bilateral hippocampus were calculated,and the correlation between the ratio of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and MoCA scores was analyzed.Results:Except for the fluency of words,the other sub-items scores and total score of MoCA in aMCI group were lower than those in NC group(P＜0.05).The ratio of NAA/Cr in bilateral hippocampus and Cho/Cr ratio in the right hippocampus of aMCI group were lower than those in NC group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in Cho/Cr in the left hippocampus between the two groups(P＞0.05).The ratio of NAA/Cr in bilateral hippocampus was positively correlated with the total score of MoCA.Visual spatial,executive ability,attention,delayed memory and orientation scores were positively correlated with the ratio of NAA/Cr in the left hippocampus(P＜0.05).Delayed recall and directional force scores were positively correlated with the ratio of NAA/Cr in the right hippocampus,and the directional force score was positively correlated with the ratio of Cho/Cr in the right hippocampus(P＜0.05).Conelusion:There was a relationship between the contents of hippocampal metabolites and MoCA scores in aMCI patients and NC.The ratio of NAA/Cr could reflect the cognitive function of patients to a certain extent.关键词
