转化糖电解质注射液对腹腔镜胃肠道手术患者围术期血糖的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of invert sugar injection(ISI) on blood glucose and electrolytes in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:45 patients with non-diabetes mellitus who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy and laparoscopic hernia repair surgery in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into three groups(n =15 per group):group A in which the patients received lactated Ringer's solution,group B in which the patients received compound electrolytes and glucose injection MG3,group C in which the patients received ISI.The levels of blood glucose and electrolyte were recorded before pneumoperitoneum(T0),30 min after pneumoperitoneum(T1),60 min after pneumoperitoneum (T2),and 15 min after extubation(T3).Results:Compared with group A,blood glucose was increased in group B and C at T1 and T2(P＜0.05),and was lower in group C than that in group B(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in electrolyte level among the three groups at each time point(P＞0.05).Conclusion:ISI used instead of compound electrolytes and glucose injection MG3 during laparoscopic surgery could regulate blood glucose level and water-electrolyte balance,thus maintain a stable internal environment of patients.关键词
