摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the factors influencing brachial artery flow-mediated dilatation(FMD) and the contribution of them in general population.Methods:From August to September 2015,795 subjects were recruited in Siding town,Rongan county and Anchui town,Rongshui county,Guangxi.Questionnaires,physical examinations and blood samples were collected.Univariate,multivariate linear regression and dominance analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing FMD and their contribution by sex.Results:Increased brachial artery diameter and age,decreased heart rate and body mass index(Ibm),and low to moderate physical activity were factors for male FMD,and the dominant weight were 69.50%,15.72%,6.61%,5.69% and 2.48%,respectively.Increased basic diameter of brachial artery,menopause,decreased Ibm and high education level were factors for female FMD,and the dominant weight were 66.75%,24.96%,6.61% and 1.68%,respectively.Conclusion:There are differences in the factors influencing FMD and their contribution between male and female,suggesting that the individualized measures should be considered in promoting vascular health based on sex and the contribution of the influencing factors.
