多路径原子干涉仪的动力学研究
Dynamics Study of Multipath Atom Interferometer
摘要
Abstract
For the dynamics of the multipath atom interferometer confined in a harmonic trap(frequency ω),the evolution of wave packet was studied by means of propagator method.Considering atoms in the ground state of harmonic trap,the evolution of the wave packet in the external field was calculated by u-sing the propagator of the harmonic potential.Several spatially addressable wave packets with different momenta were created by the first Kapitza-Dirac pulse at the initial time t=0.These modes were coher-ently recombined at t=π/(2ω)and separated under the action of the harmonic oscillator potential and ex-ternal field.The second Kapitza-Dirac pulse increased more momentum states and separated them along different paths again.The calculation results show that the effect of external field just changes the wave packet amplitude in real space and momentum space at the measurement time and its level depends on the strength of the field.关键词
