氨溴索联合雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂对分泌性中耳炎患者血清与耳积液HA sIL-2R Fn炎性介质的影响
Influence of Ambroxol joint Reynolds Nasal Spray on Serum and Middle Ear Effusion on HA,sIL-2R, Fn and Inflammatory Media in the Treatment Secretory Otitis Media
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research Influence of ambroxol joint Reynolds nasal spray on serum and mid-dle ear effusion on hyaluronic acid (HA),Soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2 R),fibronectin (Fn) and inflammatory media in the treatment secretory otitis media. Methods: 86 cases of secretory otitis media was from May 2013 to November 2016, according to lottery method was divided into control group and research group,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the basic treatment,and the research group was treated with ambroxol joint Reynolds nasal spray based on control group. Clinical curative effect, serum HA and middle ear effusion,sIL-2 R,Fn,interleukin 1β(IL-1β),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT),and adverse reactions occur between two group were observed and compared. Results:Total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,two groups of serum and middle ear effusion HA,sIL-2 R,IL-1β,IL-8,TNF-α,PCT was significantly lower than befroe treatment, research group was significantly lower than the control group, Fn of two group was significantly higher than control group,the control group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). The total adverse effects rate of two group was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Con-clusion:Effect is sure of ambroxol joint Reynolds nasal spray in the treatment secretory otitis media,wich can reduce serum and middle ear effusion HA,sIL-2R and inflammatory mediators,improve the level of Fn.关键词
