血清CysC水平检测在急性心力衰竭诊断中的应用研究
Application of Serum CysC Level in the Diagnosis of Acute Heart Failure and Its Effect on Patient's Treatment Effectiveness
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of serum CysC level in the diagnosis of acute heart fail-ure. Methods:70 patients with acute heart failure from February 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital, the pa-tients in the study group,70 healthy subjects were selected as control group,the study group were diagnosed by detection of serum CysC levels,observed and recorded in patients with clinical diagnosis with fault effect. Results:there was a positive correlation between heart failure and serum CysC level. The serum CysC level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the normal level (P < 0.05). Conclusion:the detection of serum CysC level in the diagnosis of acute heart failure is more accurate in clinical diagnosis. It is helpful to observe the change of the patient's condition and achieve higher clinical treatment efficiency, so it should be further applied in clinic.关键词
