稀疏似p范数变步长LMS的水下多径抑制算法

Abstract
The sparse p-norm-like constraint least mean square(LMS)algorithm faces shortcomings such as slow convergence speed and a large imbalance error.In this paper,an improved sparse p-norm-like constraint LMS algo-rithm with a variable step size is proposed to establish a discrete multipath interference model for a shallow seawater environment.The improved method uses an error-related function to adjust zero attraction.Additionally, an im-proved sigmoid function change is utilized to iterate the step size by self-adaptation.Theoretical analysis and simu-lation results show that compared with the classical LMS algorithm and the sparse p-norm-like constraint LMS algo-rithm,the proposed algorithm performs well for multipath interference suppression and has a faster convergence speed and a smaller steady-state error.关键词
