摘要

Abstract

Aim:To explore the potential of biomarkers and signaling pathways affected by aging in Macaca mulatta o-vary tissue.Methods:The gene chip GSE44533 was downloaded from GSE database. There contained 9 ovarian Macaca mulatta samples,and they were allocated into three groups according to the age, 3 samples in each group. Young group were 3 to 4 years old,middle group were 7 to 8 years old and old group were 18 to 19 years old. After the differentially ex-pressed genes(DEGs) of three groups were screened,GO analysis and KEGG signaling pathways analysis were conducted, and the protein-protein interaction network(PPI) was constructed. Results and Conclusion: There were 253 DEGs be-tween young and middle group,68 DEGs between middle and old group,and 636 DEGs between young and old group. Ac-cording to the GO and KEGG analysis,these DEGs were partly related to oocyte meiosis,pyruvate metabolic pathway and so on. Six DEGs(SNRNP200, DDX46, SNRNP35, DAZ2, ELAVL2, RBM46) between young and old group appeared cell-molecule interactions,which can be used as a new direction.
