青贮玉米9889姊妹种改良单交种大京九26的选育及配合力分析

摘要
Abstract
For the sake of breeding excellent new species of silage maize,among the 26 sib-lines of 9889, six excellent lines were selected to cross with 9889 inbred line into sibling species,which were used to improve single cross hybrids.D340F(improved Dajingjiu 26 hybrid) was finally selected through compared experiments and tests in 14 ecological locations.The average dry matter yield of the modified hybrid was 24 124. 45 kg/ha,increased by 4. 2% compared to the original Dajingjiu 26,and yield stability parameters were better,agronomic traits were improved,disease resistance was enhanced.The GCA relative effect values of most characters of D340 sibling species were larger positive effect values, and the average yield of seed production was 7 029.2 kg/ha,increased by 45.9% compared to Dajingjiu 26,which proved that D340 was an excellent sibling species for breeding single cross hybrids of silage maize.关键词
