土壤盐胁迫与盖土深度耦合对盐地碱蓬发芽、出苗的影响
Effect of Soil Salt Stress and Burial Depth on Seed Germination and Emergence of Suaeda salsa
摘要
Abstract
In order to clarify the influence factors of germination and emergence of Suaeda salsa in the coastal area, the effects of salt stress and the depth of covered soil on the germination and emergence of S. salsa were studied by using the method of germination box and petri dish. The results showed that the depth of covered soil had a significant effect on the seedling emergence of S.salsa.When the salinity of soil was 0,the emergence rates with the covered soil depths of 1,2,3,4 cm were 3.57%,12.49%, 30.35%,57.14% lower than that of 0 cm.When the salinity of soil was 0.5%,the emergence rates with the covered soil depths of 1,2,3 cm were 55.56%,43.70%,77.78% lower than that of 0 cm.After re-moval of the covered soil, when the salinity of soil was 0,the re-emergence rate with the covered soil of 0—7 cm was 2.67%—22.67% after processing. When the salinity of soil was 0.5%,the re-emergence rate with soil of 0—7 cm was 2.67%—40.00% after processing. The seed germination rate of S.salsa decreased with the increase of salt mass fraction overall. The germination rate was 11.00%—20.33% at 4 d when the salinity of soil was less than 0.6%,and 38.67%—57.33% at 10 d when the salinity of soil was less than 0.8%,which were significantly higher than those of other treatments. In conclusion, the depth of the covered soil has a significant effect on the seed emergence of S.salsa.The seed emergence of S.salsa is best when it is within 1 cm. The critical mass fraction of salt for S.salsa germination is 0.6%. The excessive salt stress would inhibit its germination, the germination rate reduces, and the germination period prolongs.关键词
