Cloning of the flfA Gene of Gallibacterium anatis and Analysis of Its Function Domain
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to understand the distribution and function of fimbriae FlfA protein of G.anatis.flfA genes were amplified from 18 G.anatis isolates,followed by molecular cloning,bioinformat-ics analyses of flfA nucleotide and amino acid sequences with bioinformatics tools.The results showed that the nucleotide sequences homologies of 18 G.anatis isolates were 70.2%—99.8% and the deduced ami-no acid homologies were 63.1%—98.8%.FlfA protein has 6—8 B cell epitopes and most of them were located in the conserved sequence region.These results indicate that different strains may show immune cross protection.关键词
