摘要

Abstract

The Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles was functionalized with silane coupling agent and dispersed in the polydimethysiloxane solution.The polyurethane sponge was fully infiltrated into the mixed solution and then removed.After drying and curing, a superhydrophobic sponge was obtained.The hydrophobic properties of the functionalized Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles and sponge were characterized and tested by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and water contact angle analyzer.The results showed that sponge hydrophobicity increased with the increase of Fe3O4@SiO2 particles content.The water contact angle of the sponge reached 154°when the particle content reached up to 50 wt%.The sponge had good adsorption capacity for different oils and solvents,and had good recycling performance and thus could be used in oil-water separation field.
