竞争/合作情境下大学生自我提升的特点及其适应价值

Abstract
In order to explore the characteristics and adaptation of self-enhancement in the competition and cooperation situations,80 college students are chosen as the subjects.The results show that the participants exhibit self-enhancement whether the feedback is positive or negative under the private situation.When the participants compete with each other,however,they exhibit self-enhancement under the private condition only when the feedback is positive,while they exhibit self-enhancement under the public condition only when the feedback is negative.In the cooperation situation,the self-enhancement of the participants can positively predict the personal adaptability of self-evaluation.In the competition situation,the self-enhancement of the participants can negatively predict the personal adaptability and interpersonal adaptability of self-evaluation.It is concluded that college students'self-enhancement has interpersonal nature and concealment,and the relations between self-enhancement and adaptability change along with the changes of interpersonal situations.关键词
