HPLC法测定苦蘵中酸浆苦味素D的含量
Determination of Physalin D in Physalis Angulata L. by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
A method was established for the determination of physalin D in the calyx of Physalis angulata L.A Waters Symmetry C18column(4.6×250 mm,5 μm)and mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(25:75)as well as 227 nm UV absorption at 25 ℃,by high performance liquid chromatography.The calibration curve of physalin D was in good linear relationship over the range of 10~100 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.7%,and RSD(n=3)was 1. 8%.Therefore,this method is simple,quick,sensitive,accurate,and reproducible and can could be used to control the quality of Physalis angulata L.关键词
