Lmo4b's Impacts on the Brain Development and Inner Ear Morphology of Zebrafish
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effects of lmo4b inhibition on the brain and inner ear development of zebrafish,the lmo4b MO was injected into the Tg(Dat:EGFP)line.The results showed lmo4b inhibition had a significant effect on the brain size of zebrafish.However,there was no significant relation between the number of DA neurons and lmo4b impact on the brain siz.Besides,it was found lmo4b inhibition had a teratogenicity effect on the inner ear development of zebrafish.关键词
