狂蝇科昆虫线粒体COⅠ基因组研究进展
Research Progress on Oestridae Based on Mitochondrial COⅠ Gene
摘要
Abstract
Oestridae is the economically important pest with high diversity and wide distribution.There is no complete mitochondrial genome data available for use so far,leading to great obstacles on researches of the Oestridae population genetics,phylogenetics,taxonomic system.Recently,the mitochondrial genome has become one of the important molecular markers to explore different categories of Diptera.The paper reviewed the progress in mitochondrial CO Ⅰ gene of Oestridae,including features of genome structure,gene arrangement,base composition,evolutionary rates,providing useful data for Oestridae molecular studies.关键词
