Design and implementation of plant root 3D architecture mea-surement system
摘要
Abstract
In order to quantitatively describe and analyze the three-dimensional root architecture,a three-dimensional architecture measurement and analysis system is designed and developed to realize the functions of the three-dimensional visualization of root in situ,detection and analysis of three-dimensional architecture parameters.The system realizes the key algorithms of reading, writing, segmentation, three-dimensional reconstruction and three-dimensional vector model construction of CT images of root in situ.On this basis,automatic detection of three-dimensional root architecture parameters is accomplished.Through testing and analyzing prototype system,the automatic measurement of root three-dimensional architecture parameters has been achieved and the better measurement results have been obtained.关键词
