面向知乎的个性化推荐模型研究
RESEARCH ON PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATION MODEL ORIENTED ZHIHU

Abstract
Personalized recommendation can provide users with personalized information service and decision support. A personalized recommendation model based on hybrid algorithm is proposed for ZHIHU.Person Rank algorithm is put forward based on user information,and user model is constructed according to its interest tag;Problem Rank algorithm is brought forward according to the question and answer(Q & A)information,and Q & A model is built after tagging the question and answer information.The recommended algorithm model is constructed based on the combination of label recommendation,similar user recommendation and multi-dimensional sliding window in stages.By using gradient descent algorithm to train the model,the results show that recommended correct rate is stable at about 0.78,which indicates that the information recommended by this model can meet the needs of the user from ZHIHU to a certain extent and the personalized recommended effect can be improved.关键词
