摘要

Abstract

The content expressed by the electromechanical product system model and the geometric model has its own emphasis,and the electromechanical systems are described from different angles.For the problem of how to quickly generate geometric models based on the system model, a geometric modeling method based on SysML and a model conversion method based on XML/STEP transformation were proposed.By studying the SysML system modeling method, an electromechanical product system model was constructed and a corresponding XML document was obtained through an XML-compatible system.We used Java to develop the XML/STEP model conversion system and parsed the XML document to obtain valid geometric information.According to the valid information, the STEP format CAD file was generated,and the system model can be quickly converted to a geometric model.We verified the design of the wiper as an example.
