DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLIGENT QUESTION ANSWERING SYSTEM IN PROFESSIONAL FIELD

Abstract
Most of the existing questions answering systems are for non-professional fields, and it is difficult for the professional field questions and answers such as finance,medical care, and e-commerce to be satisfied with the users. This article summarized related technologies and proposed an implementation framework for intelligent question answering systems in specialized fields.Combining domain knowledge features,we proposed to use domain knowledge to construct domain dictionaries.At the same time, we proposed a text-based error correction method based on speech and consonants.We labelled the domain concept with the conditional random field to complete error correction of query questions and identification of domain-related entities.According to the characteristics of the query service,the ontology was used to describe the query service.The connection between the service and the domain concept was established,and the conditions for service instantiation were added to the ontology.The service description and matching strategy and context management strategy were proposed to optimize the service matching method based on the domain concept level according to the semantic features of the service and realized the service invocation.At the same time, considering the context-related query,the results of the query was saved for use in the next query.This paper applied the framework in the"National Economy Big Data Question Answering System"and systematically verifies that the proposed text correction methods for speech recognition,service description and matching strategies and context management strategies are effec -tive.关键词
