银屑胶囊联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病临床效果及对外周血T淋巴细胞免疫功能影响
Clinical Effect of Yinxie Capsule Combined with Acitretin in Treatment of Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris and Its Effect on Immune Function of T Lymphocytes in Peripheral Blood

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Yinxie capsule combined with Acitretin in treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on immune function of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood. Methods A total of 88 patients with psoriasis vulgaris,who had met in the admittance and exclusion criteria,were divided into control group (n=44) and observation group (n=44) by random number method. Observation group was treated with Yinxie capsule combined with Acitretin,while control group was treated with Acitretin. Psoriasis area and sever-ity index (PASI) scores and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood before and in 8 weeks after treatment,clinical efficacy in 8 weeks after treatment and incidence conditions of adverse reactions during course of treatment were ob-served and compared in two groups. Results There were no significant differences in PASI scores and T cell sub-sets in peripheral blood before treatment in two groups (P>0.05). In 8 weeks after treatment, PASI scores and CD8+ were significantly lower,while CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.05);in observation group,PASI scores and CD8+ were significantly lower, while CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in observation group(93.18%) was significantly higher than 72.27% in control group(P<0.05). During the course of treatment,1 patient had nausea in observation group,while 1 patient with headache and 2 patients with nausea were found in control group. Conclusion Yinxie capsule combined with Acitretin in treat-ment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris may achieve well clinical effect,and it may play role by changing disequilibri-um condition of T lymphocytes immune function in peripheral blood.关键词
