上海某老年护理院2014-2016年医院感染横断面研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nosocomial infections (NIs) in a geriatric nursing home in Shanghai during the period from 2014 to 2016 so as to provide basis for prevention and control.Methods Cross-sectional study with the combination of bedside investigation and case record review was carried out on the prevalence of NIs and the application of antibiotics in all the hospitalized patients on given days during the period from 2014 to 2016.Results The prevalence rate of NIs of the 3 years from 2014 to 2016 was 8.92％,9.02％ and 6.69％ respectively (x2=1.24,P＞0.05);the prevalence rate of Nis in males (10.73 ％) was higher than that in females (5.92 ％);the prevalence rate of NIs of the patients aged from 60 to 69,from 70 to 79,from 80 to 89 and ≥90 years old was 5.56％,6.98％,8.15％ and 14.81％ respectively (x2=4.06,P＜0.05);the main NIs sites were lower respiratory tract (39.39％) and urinary tract (36.36％);the application rate of antibiotics of the hospitalized patients in the 3 years from 2014 to 2016 was 8.18％,9.02％ and 6.69％ respectively (x2=1.02,P ＞ 0.05),the specimen submission rate was 0.00 ％ in each of the 3 years.Conclusions The management and monitoring of Nis should be strengthened and experienced use of antibiotic be improved in case to reduce the occurrence of Nis.关键词
