内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗老年人早期胃癌和癌前病变的疗效和安全性分析
Effect and Safety of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in the Elderly with Early Gastric Cancer and Precancerous Lesion

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) in the treatment of the elderly with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesion.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of the patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesion treated by ESD;the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the age:elderly group (≥ 65 years old) and non-elderly group (＜ 65 years old);ESD treatment,clinical effect and the safety in both groups were observed and a comparison was made between the 2 groups.Results The average operative time in elderly group was (74.5±20.0) min while that in non-elderly group was (66.5 ± 18.1) min,the difference was of no statistical significance (P＞ 0.05);the occurrence of ESD complications,the en bloc resection rate,the complete resection rate and the curative resection rate in elderly group were 2.2％,100％,95.6％ and 95.6％ respectively with no statistical difference from those in non-elderly group (2.4％,100％,97.6％ and 97.6％ respectively) (P＞0.05).Conclusions ESD is safe and effective in treating early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the elderly.关键词
