Abstract
The?research was carried out on the design of belt transmission mechanism for the screw tensioning machine in CCSB- 40/200 type high pressure air compressor.After type selection of V-belts and analysis of transmission characteristics,the scheme of screw tensioning machine was chosen,the concerns in design were proposed;In the tension spring design, besides satisfying the tensioning condition of the V-belts,only when the stability, fatigue strength and vibration, etc.are checked and verified,can the equipment transmission run stably and have a long service life;a type of automatic tensioning device designed in this paper offers certain reference for transmission design of screw tensioning machine.关键词
