高频脉冲反吹阀快速开关动作时间分析
Analysis on the Stroking Time of High-frequency Pulse Type Backblow Valve

Abstract
The pulse type backblow valve is a key equipment of the fly ash filter cleaning system in Shell pulverized coal gasification plant, whereas the stroking time is an important index of its product performance. Based on the analysis of the process structural characteristics of the pulse type backblow valve,a simplified physical model was established,and a mathematical model of its dynamic characteristics was established. Numerical analysis was conducted on the dynamic characteristics of the pulse type backblow valve using the computer programming software,and the experimental research was performed on the stroking time. The results show that the mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of the pulse type backblow valve can be used to guide the design of the pneumatic system. The valve produced according to the design can meet the process requirements,which provides the direction for the damping design of the pulse type backblow valve.关键词
