摘要

Abstract

A kind of waste heat recovery endothermic device for the riser with special high strength metallic sodium material as heat conduction lining was proposed.The heat conduction lining is used as the temperature switch to control the tar condensation and precipitation,when the temperature of crude gas is higher than 500 ℃,the heat transfer performance can be enhanced,when the temperature is lower than 500 ℃,it is manifested as poor heat conductors, which can not only maximize the heat transfer,but also avoid coking on the inner wall of the riser.A set of waste heat recovery system was designed and tested with this endothermic device. The effective heat transfer efficiency of the riser waste heat recovery device is 7 9.1 6 %,and the coking furnace annual energy saving is 1.668×1011kJ,to ensure the coking production process, and improve the steam rate.
