F-T柴油/PODE混合燃料的燃烧和排放特性研究
Combustion and emission characteristics of F-T diesel/PODE blended fuel

Abstract
The combustion and emission characteristics of the F-T diesel/polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers (PODE) blended fuel was experimentally researched based on the four-cylinder high-pressure common rail diesel engine bench. The blended fuels is based on a coal-based fuel, F-T diesel, and added PODE with a volume fraction of 5% and 15%. The results show that, compared with 0# diesel, the peaks of in-cylinder heat release rate, pressure rise rate, in-cylinder pressure and in-cylinder temperature of F-T diesel fuel and blended fuels are all decreased, and the corresponding phases advance. NOxemission of F-T diesel fuel, blended fuel FP05 and FP15 slightly increased at the speed 2 000 r/min compared to those of 0# diesel, CO and soot emissions of these fuels significantly reduce, especially at low load condition. The average CO emission decreased by 21.5%, 41.7% and 48% respectively, and the average emission of soot decreased by 54.6%, 74.7% and 90.1% respectively.In addition,with the increase of PODE ratio in the blended fuel,the decline of CO and soot increased.关键词
