Abstract

The pyrolysis characteristics of microalgae (Chlorella), seaweed (Sargassum) and oil shale under different microwave power were studied by microwave reactor. The absolute productivity of microwave pyrolysis three - phase products of microalgae, seaweed and oil shale was compared and analyzed by the energy consumption and energy output. The results show that the maximum amount of oil production and gas production is seaweed at 750 W; The maximum amount of oil is the microalgae, and the maximum amount of gas is seaweed at 1 500 W; The oil production and the largest amount of gas are microalgae at 2 250 W; From the perspective of unit power consumption of oil production, microwave pyrolysis microalgae, seaweed and oil shale of the appropriate power were 1 500, 750 W and 2 250 W; The sum of unit fuel consumption and unit power consump tion per unit of microalgae,seaweed and oil shale were 44.199, 41.987 g/(kW·h) and 13.081 g/(kW·h),the energy value of microalgae and seaweed is much larger than the oil shale.
