Double level optimal scheduling of electric vehicle charging and dis-charging with the best benefit of power plant,network and load
摘要
Abstract
When disorderly charging of electric vehicles is connected into the grid, it will cause excessive load on the power grid and affect the safe operation of the power grid. Based on the time-of-use price mechanism and the access characteristics of electric vehicles, the three party interests of power plant, network and load are considered. On the time scheduling, the minimum load fluctuation and the minimum user cost are selected as the optimization objective. In the space scheduling, the lowest fuel cost of the power plant when the load is connected and the minimum loss of the distribution network are selected as the optimization objective. Then, the adaptive mutation rate genetic algorithm and nonlinear programming are used to obtain the dual level scheduling scheme of the electric vehicle.The simulation validates the validity of the model.关键词
