基于热稳定度风向标准差法的风速外推模型研究
Research on wind speed extrapolation model based on thermal stability standard classification of deviation method

Abstract
In this paper,for the problem of the wind speed at the hub height,the characteristics of the high-level wind shear coefficient are analyzed,and the wind speed extrapolation model based on the wind standard deviation method is established to extrapolate the wind speed at the hub height without sufficient temperature measurement data. The model first removes the low wind speed data less than 3 m/s and the high wind speed data greater than 25 m/s,then uses the wind standard deviation method to classify the thermal stability of the wind resources in the region, and calculates the corresponding wind shear index and extrapolates the wind speed at the hub height. The calculation results show that the model can better fit the actual wind speed and improve the accuracy of the wind energy assessment over 5.46%, compared with the calculation model which does not filter data and distinguish the thermal stability classification. This model improves the accuracy of wind energy assessment and has a certain guiding significance for wind resource assessment of wind farms.关键词
