摘要

Abstract

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes @ mesoporous carbon(MWCNT@ Meso-C)matrix was prepared via carbonizing MWCNT@zeoliticimidazolate framework(MWCNT@ZIF-8)from solothermal method.Active sulfur was encapsulated into this matrix and the resulting composite was tested.The analysis,characterization,and electrochemical properties of these composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopic analysis, surface area and pore volume analysis, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and electrochemical test.The MWCNT@ Meso-C/S composite cathode displayed a high initial discharge capacity of 1 114 mA·h/g and a good cycling stability of 630 mA·h/g after 100 cycles 0.5C,and the coulombic efficiency reminded above 99%.The high utilization of active S and good cycling stability suggested that the obtained MWCNT@Meso-C/S composite might be a potential cathode for the high performance Li/S battery.
