Technical Topic Analysis in Patents Based on LDA and Strategic Diagram by Taking Graphene Technology as an Example
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The more concentrated analysis dimension and difficulty to display the characteristics of the topic structure dynamically and deeply are the problems we have to fix in performing technical topic analysis in patents based on LDA,which is of great significance to track the technological frontier and improve the research and development efficiency objectively and reasonably. [Method/Process]This paper introduces strategic diagram into LDA topic analysis in patents,integrates time elements,and measures the relationship between the various parts of the topic through internal and external indicators of relevance. While mining the topic itself,it al-so dynamically studies the changes and characteristics of structural features of technical topic in patents in each period,thus identifies po-tential topics.[Result/Conclusion]The technical topic analysis in patents based on LDA, which incorporates time elements and strategic diagram,can not only explore topic relation and identify potential development topics deeply, but also reflect the development trend of technology and the change characteristics of the topic hierarchy from macro and micro perspectives.关键词
