渤、黄海浮游动物对四溴双酚A生物富集的研究
The Study on Accumulation of Tetrabromobispjenol-A in Zooplankton of Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea

Abstract
Tetrabromobisphenol-A (TBBPA) is a new type of Brominated Flame Retardants(BFRs) which is widely used in the global.It is a kind of potential persistent organic compounds,while can accumulate,migrate and transformate in the ecosystem for long distance and time.At the same time,TBBPA,which also has toxicity of cell,immune and liver,will have a serious impact on the environment and organism.The focus of the present study was to research bioaccumulation ability of TBBPA in zooplankton of Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea,China.In the years 2016 June~July,the surface water and zooplankton were collected to measure TBBPA concentration.Moreover,the species composition,biomass and lipid content of particular zooplankton taxa was determined.The results showed that the concentration of TBBPA in surface water and zooplankton are 0.057 2~0.607 3 g/L and 0.93~10.165 g/g · d · w respectively,in Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea.Whether it is visible in surface water and zooplankton,the pollution of coastal areas was serious than offshore areas.The Bioaccumulation Factor,which is 1.82 × 103 ~ 63.298 × 103,indicated that Marine zooplankton have obvious abilities of bioaccumulation for TBBPA.Moreover,high concentration of ooplanton is consistent with the high biomass which is 251.66~1 982.54mg/m3 in the target area (P<0.01).And,high BAF can be linked to the high proportion of meroplankton in that season(P<0.05),while the lowest concentrations can be associated with the high percentage share of copepoda in total number of zooplankton (P<0.05).It was also observed that lipid content can be more susceptible to accumulating TBBPA.This is indicated the positive correlation between BAF of TBBPA in zooplankton and the lipid content of meroplankton,chaetognathand small copepoda which are 9.36 % ~21.54%,6.05 % ~9.17% and 8.34%~22.31% respectively.Adipose tissue is the main site for the accumulation of hydrophobic organic compounds,and also is an important factor for different species which have diffierent bioaccumulation ability.In most cases,greater zooplankton biomass and lipid content accumulated higher concentrations in the coastal zone.By the study of zooplankton,further studies on extend time period and lager scales is to evaluate the risk of TBBPA in marine ecosystem.关键词
