摘要

Abstract

Shoot fresh weight,relative electric leakage,malondialdehyde (MDA) content,chlorophyll concentration and maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) of six Stylosanthes (stylo) accessions were investigated under chilling stress (6 ℃).Results showed that the six tested stylo accessions exhibited different responses to chilling stress.The shoots fresh weight,chlorophyll concentration and Fv/Fm of stylo accessions differentially decreased by chilling treatment,while relative electric leakage and MDA content in the leaves of stylo increased under chilling stress.Comprehensive evaluation analysis with subordinate function showed that among the six tested stylo accessions,TF41 exhibited the superior ability of chilling resistance.Taken together,our results not only provide a theoretical basis for dissecting the mechanisms underlying stylo resistant to chilling,but also provide germplasm resources for improving stylo varieties to chilling stress.
