Advances in Research on Characteristics and Related Mechanisms of Heavy Metal Enrichment by Edible Fungi
摘要
Abstract
Edible fungus industry is one of the important pillar industries of rural economy development in China.In recent years,its output and output value increased rapidly,has become the fifth largest industry following food,vegetables,fruit trees,and oil.Edible fungus factory production in China is in the forefront of the world,accounting for 43% of the total production of the world.In the process of edible fungus industry development,the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution from edible fungus is undoubtedly an important proposition.This paper reviewed the status of development and heavy metal pollution about edible fungus industry.The main characteristics of heavy metal pollution of edible fungi and its evaluation were analyzed.The heavy metal enrichment mechanism of edible fungi was summarized.Finally,the technical countermeasures to prevent the heavy metal pollution of edible fungus were putten forward.The contents of the countermeasure include breeding,recipe development,cultivation pattern,mechanism study,technology application and etc.关键词
