摘要

Abstract

Four varieties of Hibiscus named'Dainty White','Large red flag','Kona','Butterball'were used as the experimental materials in order to explore the effect of matrix and plant growth regulator on the rooting of Hibiscus cuttings.The results showed that matrix was the main factor affecting the survival of Hibiscus cuttings.The best cutting matrix for varieties'Dainty White','Large red flag'and'Kona'was coir dust,and that for 'Butterball'was river sand and coir dust with the ratio of 1∶1.Plant growth regulator was the secondary factors affecting the survival of Hibiscus cuttings,and 400 mg/L IBA soaked for 12 h was the best treatment of plant growth regulator.
