5种报春苣苔属植物的叶插繁殖研究
Propagation of Five Primulina Species via Leaf Cuttings
摘要
Abstract
Six substrates,3 kinds of IBA concentration and 5 kinds of blade cutting methods were studied on five different plants of Primulina propagation.The result showed that substrate,concentrations of IBA and cutting methods had significant effects on the leaf cutting of the five Primulina species.Peat and sand (1∶1),peat and perlite (1∶1) were suitable for leaf cuttings of the five Primulinas pecies,and the leaf survival rate of five Primulina species of the different concentrations treatments of IBA had no significant effect,except P.liujiangensis.When the concentration was 200 mg/L,the number of maximum seedling and the number of leaves were the highest.Cutting methods had different effects on different species,full cutting was suitable for P.glandaceistriata,P.leprosa,and P.petrocosmeoides should not be cut,but P.liujiangensis could be in a variety of ways of no cutting,slitting,crosscutting (apex facing up),full cutting,P.macrorhiza could be in the way of full cutting and slitting.关键词
