摘要

Abstract

EST-SSR capillary electrophoresis fluorescence maker technique was used to analyze the genetic polymorphism and genetic relationship of 52 tea plant germplasm resources from two historical famous Camellia Sinensis groups of Luokeng and MaTu in Guangdong.In total,204 alleles were detected by 27 EST-SSR primers,with an average of 7.56 locus per primer,and the genotypes was 11.22.The numbers of observed alleles and effective alleles was 7.56 and 3.42.The observed heterozygosity (Ho) and expected heterozygosity (He) was 0.55 and 0.66,respectively.The average of polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.61,and the Shannon index of the 52 germplasms was 1.40.The Nm (gene flow) of the two groups was 3.19,showing gene exchange might occur in the past time between the two populations.And Fst was 0.0727.The genetic diversity of the two groups was similar.The 52 tea plant germplasms were divided into three subgroups containing 18,24,9 tea plant germplasms resources,respectively,based on statistical model of Evanno egc.,and the germplasm of MT4 did not belong to any subgroups.
