摘要

Abstract

High-yield variety'Nanya-2'and low-yield variety'B3/74'were used as the materials to evaluate the effects of pollen viability on initial fruit set ratio of macadamia.The results showed that'Nanya-2'had high pollen viability,and it had high fruit set ratio.The dyeing rate and germination rate of'Nanya-2'pollen was 89.0% and 33.3% respectively,which was significantly higher than that of'B3/74'pollen 56.7% and 8.1%.The number of pollen and germinated pollen on stigma of'Nanya-2'was significantly greater than that of'B3/74'.The initial fruit set ratio of'Nanya-2'was 10.9%,significantly higher than that of'B3/74'9.0%.
