不同种皮颜色花生品种花青素合成相关基因的克隆及序列差异分析
Clone and Sequence Analysis of Genes Associated with Anthocyanin Synthesis in Peanut Cultivars with Different Testa Color
摘要
Abstract
The color of testa (seed coat) is associated with species and accumulation of anthocyanin.The genes relative to anthocyanin accumulation,including PAL,CHI,CHS,DFR,F3'H,3GT and ANS were isolated using RACE kits from 4 peanut cultivars with different testa colors.Sequences in open reading frame of these genes were compared among 4 peanut cultivars with different testa color.The results showed that there were respectively 8,1,1,12,1 and 9 amino acid transition sites in CHS,CHI,DFR,F3'H,ANS and 3GT among the 4 peanut cuhivars.All the sites of different amino acid transition was not located in conservatized zones.Whether the structural difference of these genes is related to the color difference of peanut seed coat remains to be further explored.关键词
