Study on financing risk evaluation of PPP mode in urban underground comprehensive corridor
摘要
Abstract
In the early phase of implementing urban underground comprehensive corridor projects by PPP mode,evaluating fi-nancing risk in the view of social capital can effectively avoid or lower the risks of social capital financing,and thus saving finan-cing costs. According to the existing research and project characteristics,a financing risk evaluation index system was constructed in term of PPP project policy, PPP project laws and contract, economy, construction, operation management and transfer; and the financing risk is evaluated using set pair analysis theory. The entropy weight method is used to calculate weight of each index, which reduces the influences of subjective evaluation. The research provides a new perspective for studying the financing risks of PPP project.关键词
