Abstract
To ensure the smooth operation of Deze Reservoir to Dianchi Lake water diversion project,according to the related protection regulations,management measures,the co-operation principle was put forward. The operation and regulation system and mechanism were set based on comparing the near future and annual co-regulation plan of Deze Reservoir to Dianchi Lake water diversion project. The implement of the co-regulation plan played an important role in mitigating water resources shortage, water environment worsening problem through water diversion from Deze Reservoir to Dianchi Lake. As of the present, the total water supply has reached 1.578 billion m3,which obviously improved the water quality of the major sub-lake(Waihai lake) of Dianchi Lake and the main pollution factors poses a decline tendency,reaching the expected effect. The prepared co-regulation plan has some reference value and guiding significance.关键词
